Getting In The Groove

Hellooo! And welcome me to blogger!!  It will most certainly take some time before I even begin to understand how to make this work: So many gadgets and tweaks, it's insane!  I realize I'm a pretty crafty person, myself, but even I couldn't have prepared for how tedious starting my own blog would be.  I guess I'll just have to keep it simple until I come up with something of my own to awe the world with. 

Just a little rambling about me - My name is Shannon. As you may have noticed, I've decided to call myself missraposo. This may change but seems to be a name I've used online for awhile now.  Turning twenty-six was a little hard, seeing as I am now older than a quarter century and at the time it seemed really scary to hear. I have two daughters, whom have inspired this spare time activity. They are Alessia, 2, and Selena, 6. Do not be fooled by the gorgeous names, they are disgustingly manipulative, as I hope many of your children are. As a stay at home mom/student with very little patience, I try to discover new ways of doing the regular everyday fun stuff, so if you have any great ideas and personal experiences please SHARE!

It has now been only 30 seconds into this first post and already I have an interruption - excuse me a moment, while I grab a cookie for my very spoiled two-year old...  Now, I guess the obvious question is why a blog missraposo?  Well, simple!  Because it looks like a ton of fun!!  Not so simple reasons - 1. As a teenager I always had a diary and really enjoyed sharing thoughts and feelings with myself; it was such a great therapy for me.  2. Keeping a journal on my day-to-day adventures would help so much with remembering the fun, tears, smiles, and precious moments that I share with my family, and most importantly, my two girls.
